Dan & Debra Shane
When we purchased The Q Shack in 2017, our goal was to bring you the best BBQ around - made with love and served with a side of gratitude. We slow-smoke all of our meats each day, and hand make our sides using fresh, local ingredients. You could say food is our love language.
