Hi! We're Dan & Deb Shane, owners of The Q Shack in Charlotte. After spending much of our lives working in corporate America and traveling the world, we decided to settled down in Charlotte, North Carolina and try something new. We purchased The Q Shack in fall of 2017 and are absolutely loving our new adventure. 

Our goal is to bring you the best BBQ around. We slow-smoke all of our meats each day, and hand make our sides using fresh, local ingredients. Stop by and say hello. We'd love to meet you!
